About Jackson Streit

Since 1971, Jackson Streit has averaged 100 days of fly fishing per year in Colorado! In 1977 he started the first fly-fishing guide service in the area, and then opened The Mountain Angler fly shop in 1985. In addition to fishing throughout Colorado, Jackson has "wet his line" in the steelhead rivers of Washington & Oregon as well as in Belize, Mexico, the Bahamas, New Zealand and Christmas Island. Jackson fascinates fly fishing groups all over the country with presentations on these exotic waters. He has also written and consulted on several fly fishing articles, and written his own No Nonsense Guide to Fly Fishing in Colorado.More About Jackson Streit
